A background check will be conducted.\nResponsibilities:\nPerform general maintenance and repairs in both multi-family and single-family homes, to include Keep the grounds free of debris and trash, provide excellent customer service to residents.\nResolve electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, installations, service, and replacements in a responsible and professional manner as needed.
