This role serves as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing architectural guidance, technology roadmaps, and governance to support modernization, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies, roadmaps, standards, and governance processes.\nAlign business, data, application, security, and technology architectures with organizational objectives.\nEvaluate current and future-state architectures and recommend modernization initiatives.\nLead architecture reviews and provide technical oversight for major programs and projects.\nDevelop enterprise architecture artifacts, reference architectures, and technology standards.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical leadership to translate requirements into scalable solutions.\nAssess emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, security, and mission effectiveness.\nEnsure architecture solutions support interoperability, integration, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance requirements.\nDocument architecture decisions, technical recommendations, and implementation plans.\nSupport portfolio planning, investment decisions, and technology governance activities.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nMinimum of ten (10) years of IT experience, including five (5) years in enterprise, solution, or systems architecture.\nActive Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.\nExperience developing and implementing enterprise architecture frameworks and governance processes.\nStrong understanding of business, application, data, infrastructure, and security architectures.\nExperience with system integration, cloud technologies, modernization initiatives, and enterprise-scale solutions.\nKnowledge of enterprise architecture methodologies and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, FEAF, DoDAF).\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.\nAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to executive, business, and technical audiences.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting Federal Government, DoD, DoN, or Law Enforcement organizations.\nExperience with cloud and hybrid architectures, microservices, APIs, and event-driven solutions.\nKnowledge of data architecture, cybersecurity architecture, and digital transformation strategies.\nExperience developing business cases, technology roadmaps, and strategic plans.\nFamiliarity with Agile, DevSecOps, and modern software development practices.\nEnterprise architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF) preferred.\n\nSalary Disclosure:\nActual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.
