We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Duties
Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and promote our products and services.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets and develop strategies for outreach.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Engage in telemarketing efforts to expand our customer base and increase sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Experience
Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred.
Familiarity with technology sales is a plus, as well as experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment.
A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
Previous experience in customer service or related fields is beneficial.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
