creating a culture of positivity.\n\nExtending common courtesy to self, employees, vendors, and guests.\n\nBeing an evangelist and promoter of the company and brand.\n\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nLead safe and efficient execution of entire bottling process, continuously identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.\n\nTrain, develop, and manage all members of the Bottling team to perform all responsibilities and uphold the highest quality control standards.\n\nEnforce accountability of all Journeyman policies, procedures, and core values among the Bottling team.\n\nManage all hiring, performance reviews, promotions, pay raises, disciplinary action, and termination matters, making recommendations to the Production Manager, as necessary.\n\nEnsure all bottling goals are accomplished in a productive and efficient manner, meeting all established deadlines and budgets.\n\nEnsure availability of all liquid and dry materials as required for each shift.\n\nPerform daily Quality Control checks on the bottling line.\n\nEnsure all bottling areas, especially those which are in public view or utilized for events are maintained in a safe, clean, and organized manner.\n\nManage the execution of all outgoing shipping processes in a timely manner.\n\nWork cross‑functionally with all departments to solve issues and ensure hospitality standards and positive experiences are achieved.\n\nParticipate in and lead weekly departmental meetings, reporting successes, established metrics, achievements, areas of opportunity, issues needing solved, and proposed solutions.\n\nComplete and submit daily reporting and Distilling Process Software entries.\n\nPerform monthly finished goods and dry material inventory counts.\n\nParticipate in updating and maintaining all bottling Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\n\nAssist in departmental or interdepartmental projects, as assigned, and with approval from the Production Manager.\n\nRequirements\nYOUR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND VISUAL SKILLS:\n\nAbility to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.\n\nAbility to carry out and communicate detailed written or verbal instructions independently.\n\nAbility to use all senses to ensure consistency and quality in the bottling process.\n\nAbility to operate, clean and maintain all equipment required in job function.\n\nAbility to use hands in a precise and repetitive manner for periods of 8–10 hours a day.\n\nExcellent organizational and communication skills.\n\nAbility to use logical or rational thinking to solve problems.\n\nMust have ability to perform moderate physical work;
