Specifically, the Program Manager manages operations supporting the Athletic Department, cadet dormitories, and faculty buildings at the U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA). This includes planning and executing all athletic event support for training and NCAA sanctioned events and performing configuration changes to facilities and systems necessary to achieve the greatest mission success.\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS\nMaintains the program budget and ensures delivery of the program’s financial commitment to the company.\nEstablishes policies and procedures for performance and control of all program business management functions and technical support.\nEnsures that quality standards are applied to all levels of the work and measured for effectiveness per the Quality Control Plan.\nMonitors the performance of subordinate personnel and the submission of required reports and Contract Data Requirements list (CDRLs).\nServes as the principal liaison between Aleut and the customer on this contract, providing weekly briefings and updates to the Government Contracting Office.\nMonitors contractual performance and costs and takes action to correct discrepant conditions.\nProvides guidance, direction, and supervision over training, security, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and practices.\nManages and reports program risks in accordance with corporate policies and procedures\nSupervises overall work scheduling.\nConducts formal briefings when required.\nAssists in problem solving and provides subject matter advice for matters dealing with coordination scheduling, and program development.\nImplements a customer comment and complaint program and processing system that allows identification and correction of customer complaints validated by the COR. Provide feedback to the Government and customers on corrective actions(s) taken.\nProvides overall supervision of GFP, including on-site office space usage, to include provided supplies and equipment. Ensure GFP is maintained in a safe, organized, and clean condition. Sign for and be accountable for GFP IAW FAR 52.245-1\nProvides Technical Reports when requested by the Government.\nExecutes the Quality Control Plan for the contract.\nExecutes the Safety Plan for the contract that reflects compliance with all safety requirements, procedures and policies relating to work under this contract.\nConducts Program Reviews with the corporate staff.\nSupports the internal audit and compliance program.\nEDUCATION/TRAINING\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nPrefer Bachelor’s degree in related field.\nEXPERIENCE\n5 to 10 years of experience working in dormitory management, athletic event support, or similar project management.\n5 years of project management experience on projects of similar size and complexity.\nAt least 3 years of experience managing subcontractors.\nExperience working with military customers preferred.\nSKILLS/ABILITIES\nKnowledge of fixed price service support contracts is required.\nAbility to analyze and understand program financial data and prepare budgets and forecasts.\nCapable of utilizing proper business and professional verbal and written communication methods.\nPossess superior interpersonal skills.\nAbility to reason and solve problems.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nMust be able to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods.\nMust be able to climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach, stretch, kneel, and squat.\nMust be able to carry up to 50 pounds.\nMust have sufficient physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina to complete various tasks.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nThis is an onsite position that requires work to be performed on a Government/military installation.\nWorking both indoors and outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions and potentially austere environments.\nSPECIAL REQUIREMENTS\nMust be able to pass pre-employment background screening.\nMust be able to pass Government screening to allow access to military installation.\nAleut offers the following benefits to eligible employees:\nHealth insurance\nDental/Vision insurance\nPaid Time Off\nShort- and Long-Term Disability\nLife insurance\n401k and match\nAleut Federal, LLC provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or genetics.
