manage dependencies and critical path.• Run RAID (risks, actions, issues, decisions) tracking and drive items to closure with DOC and vendor stakeholders.• Plan and facilitate governance meetings, stakeholder workshops, and requirements sessions across DOC business units (custody operations, medical, court production, IT).• Produce polished Executive Status Reports and dashboards for DOC leadership on a regular cadence.• Coordinate deliverable development, review cycles, and DOC approval workflows for architecture blueprints, standards, and roadmaps.• Support development of the Project Management Plan, work plans, staffing coordination, and knowledge-transfer/transition planning.• Manage scope within a time-and-materials, not-to-exceed government contract; ensure all work is performed under written DOC authorization.Required Qualifications• [7–10]+ years of IT project/program management experience, including at least [3] years managing cloud modernization or enterprise application programs.• Demonstrated public sector experience (city, state, or federal agency; public safety, corrections, justice, courts, or health) — comfortable with government governance, procurement, and approval processes.• Hands-on familiarity with the Microsoft stack: Azure DevOps (boards, pipelines), and working knowledge of Azure services and Power Platform sufficient to manage technical teams credibly.• Experience on programs involving sensitive, regulated, or mission-critical data (e.g., CJIS, HIPAA, PII).• Proven executive-level reporting and communication skills; experience building KPI frameworks or status dashboards.• Ability to work on-site in East Elmhurst, NY for the duration of the engagement and pass a DOC background check.• Willingness to commit to the full multi-year assignment (client contract includes personnel-continuity provisions).Preferred Qualifications• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification;
