This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for full-cycle HR (excluding payroll processing) and for helping elevate systems, processes, and employee experience as they scale. This role can be a hybrid role for the right candidate.\r\nThis role is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond administrative HR and take ownership of building structure, implementing systems, and contributing to long-term organizational growth.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nHR Operations & Systems\r\nLead full-cycle HR (excluding payroll processing)\r\nModernize and digitize HR processes (transition from paper-based systems)\r\nImplement and optimize existing HRIS capabilities ( Trimble Spectrum system already in place)\r\nDevelop structured onboarding processes\r\nUpdate and maintain employee handbook\r\nEnsure employees can self-manage items such as tax withholdings and documentation digitally\r\nTalent Acquisition & Onboarding\r\nOwn recruiting strategy (field + professional roles)\r\nSupport college recruiting and career fair strategy\r\nManage full onboarding lifecycle (including 90-day integration)\r\nAlign hiring with company growth and EOS framework\r\nEmployee Relations & Communication\r\nServe as a trusted bilingual resource for employees\r\nImprove communication between leadership and field workforce\r\nSupport leadership in organizational development and workforce planning\r\nProvide HR guidance while maintaining a practical, business-first mindset\r\nStrategic Growth Support\r\nHelp prepare the organization for scale and acquisition\r\nBuild foundational processes that can expand with growth\r\nDevelop the HR function to potentially support additional HR staff in the future\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\nFluent in Spanish and English (required)\r\n5+ years of progressive HR experience\r\nExperience in construction, manufacturing, agriculture, or field-based industries preferred\r\nExperience implementing HR systems or digitizing manual processes\r\nStrong recruiting and onboarding experience\r\nComfortable operating independently and building structure from the ground up\r\nPractical, business-oriented mindset\r\nLeadership capability with future team-building potential\r\nWhat This Role Is Not\r\nDoes not oversee safety\r\nDoes not process payroll (oversight and setup only; payroll handled by accounting)\r\nCompensation & Benefits\r\nCompetitive base salary (commensurate with experience)\r\nPerformance-based incentive\r\nStrong growth potential as company scales\r\nOpportunity to shape HR strategy at a leadership level\r\nCulture Fit\r\nWe value\r\nDirect communication\r\nOwnership mentality\r\nPractical problem-solving\r\nGrowth mindset\r\nRespect for hardworking field teams\r\nIf you are a bilingual HR leader who wants to build systems, drive change, and grow with a company entering its next chapter — we'd love to hear from you.
