This role is critical in supporting product launches, upskilling initiatives, and ensuring that customer-facing teams are equipped with clear, compliant, and effective guidance.\n\nKey Job Responsibilities:\n(Duties may include, but not limited to all or some of the following)\nProfessional Development & Training Delivery\nDesign and implement forward-looking training plans aligned with product launches, brand goals, and team development needs.\nFacilitate engaging workshops and training sessions to support knowledge transfer and skill development.\nAlign training content with performance metrics and business objectives.\nContent Development & Knowledge Management\nTranslate complex policies and procedures into clear, actionable guides and instructions.\nMaintain version control and manage access permissions for all training and knowledge assets.\nCollaborate with internal partners to ensure content meets regulatory, legal, and brand standards.\nNew Hire Onboarding\nDevelop and deliver onboarding programs that accelerate new hire readiness and integration.\nEnsure onboarding materials are current, relevant, and aligned with team expectations.\nProcess Improvement & Documentation\nMonitor call trends and agent performance to identify documentation gaps and training opportunities.\nGather feedback from agents and stakeholders to enhance guide usability and relevance.\nCreate and maintain call scripts, FAQs, troubleshooting steps, and process guides.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nIntegrate training and content initiatives across internal workstreams to ensure consistency and alignment.\nPartner with compliance, legal, and operations teams to ensure all materials are accurate and up-to-date.\nEssential Requirements:\n2+ years in a Leadership position managing demand or non-demand teams, proven experience in training, instructional design, or knowledge management.\nStrong communication and facilitation skills.\nAbility to simplify complex information and present it in a user-friendly format.\n2+ years experience with content management systems and version control practices.\nFamiliarity with regulatory and compliance standards in a customer support or healthcare environment is a plus.\nDesired Requirements:\nStrong Project management experience.\nExperience within disease state of oncology\nData-driven approach to identifying training needs and measuring impact.\nExperience with IVR systems and call center operations.\nThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $150,000-$170,000 The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
