This is a full-time, non-exempt position. This position will require a broad range of responsibilities to ensure success. Some examples of these responsibilities are listed below (but are not limited to the following):\nPerform simple to complex assembly & test operations, as required.\nTest and inspect product to ensure specifications are met.\nTesting of electronic assemblies.\nReport any deficiency and discrepancies to the Process Expert or Production Supervisor.\nFollow department processes to ensure ISO compliance.\nUse basic judgment in quality analysis and communicate with Process Expert.\nAdhere to and comply with all ISO and Company policies and safety regulations.\nMaintain clean, neat, safe, and orderly work area.\nDisplay excellent communication skills with all team members.\nAttend and participate in required training and meetings.\nOther essential duties as assigned.\nRecommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.\nSuggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency.\nRecommends changes in wiring or installation specifications to simplify assembly and maintenance.\nCapable of performing all duties listed including prototype designs, standard products, and auxiliary equipment.\nDocuments revisions to design, ensures schematics are updated via ISO procedures.\nEnters information on production records, logs, and other report forms.\nRecognition of nonconforming products and services.\n\nRequirements\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required\nAssociates Degree or equivalent in Electronics. Electronics course certificate, military electronics training, or previous experience required.\nAbility to troubleshoot analog and digital electronic circuits to the component level.\nExperience in the use of electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multi-meters, calibrators, etc.\nAbility to setup and/or program test equipment.\nAbility to read and understand electronic schematics, follow test procedures, and interpret other technical documentation\nMaintain calibration of electronic test equipment.\nESD Awareness training.\nAbility to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical team members.\nFamiliarity with power electronics is a plus.\nPossess basic math, measurement, reading and comprehension skills\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds\nAbility to work on your feet for an extended period of time\nAbility to problem solve in a fast paced, quality focused environment\nAbility to perform basic data entry on computer.\nDetail oriented with high levels of accuracy\n\nSystems Used\nMicrosoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel)\nCSI\nUKG\nVarious proprietary test programs and utilities.\n\nWork Environment:\nFast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.\nRequires working closely with production and engineering teams on-site.\nOccasional travel may be required to supplier or customer sites.\n\nCompensation and Benefits\nThis position is full-time, hourly, non-exempt.
