They are responsible for training security officers and ensuring that customers receive consistent quality services regardless of which officer is on-site.\nPacific Security has specialized in commercial and industrial security services since 1972. Understanding that our security team is the face of Pacific Security, we aim to hire and develop individuals that maintain professionalism and provide excellent standards of service. We offer optional training courses for employees wanting to advance in a security career.\n-\nBenefits:\nPaid Time Off\nHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance for Full-Time Employees\nCompany Sponsored Group Term Life Insurance for Full-Time Employees\nVoluntary Life Insurance for Full-Time Employees\nEmployee Referral Program $250\nDirect Deposit\n401(k) with Company Match\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\n-\nEssential Job Duties:\nRespond to client calls and/or complaints; report any calls or incidents needing immediate attention to Operations Manager.\nRespond to alarms, lockouts, and assist with lockups when needed.\nRespond to Officer vehicle accidents or on-the-job injuries and complete appropriate reports.\nFill in for shifts when coverage is unavailable.\nAttend new client site startups when requested.\nEnsure site post orders are up to date and accurate; if not, notify Operations Manager.\nPerform on-the-job training with new hires.\nCheck in with guards who are on a post for their first time in person whenever possible.\nKeep patrol binders up to date with most current information.\nMaintain a clean workspace.\nMaintain well documented training logs.\nLog all attendance and performance issues in employee notes.\nReport safety concerns to Operations Manager.\nNotify Operations Manager immediately of any vehicle maintenance required.\nEnsure on-site paperwork is completed as required (IRs, DALs, Timesheets, etc.).\nPerform guard, uniform, and site inspections during shift. Replace guard uniforms if necessary.\nNotify Operations Manager immediately of any issues with site phones, keys, lockboxes, or other site equipment.\nRespond to no-shows/call-offs by filling the position with another guard or stand in for the no-show site until relief is secured.\nCall guards who have a schedule change within 24 hours to confirm schedule change.\nWear company-approved attire and maintain personal grooming standard.\nLead employees by example and maintain a level head in unpredictable situations.\nOversees all Security Officers in the field during their shift.\nPerform other related duties as requested or assigned.\nMinimum Requirements:\nAbility to effectively communicate, both spoken and written\nProficient with emails, spreadsheets and word processing; Microsoft fluency\nSelf-motivated and continual improvement minded\nWork history that demonstrates committed employment\nAbility to become and authorized driver for PCS\n23 years or older with driver’s license\nMust have had a drivers license for the past 3 years\nClean criminal background and drug screen\nAble to speak, read and write effectively in English\nIf you meet these requirements, please reply with a resume.\n-\nAs an Equal Opportunity Employer, we are committed to attracting and maintaining talent which represents a diverse and inclusive workforce without discrimination.
