BDC Manager

Duties Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow within the team. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and enhance revenue. Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication with clients. Provide training and support to team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement. Conduct regular inventory control assessments to maintain optimal stock levels. Utilize software tools for tracking performance metrics and reporting on sales activities. Facilitate public speaking engagements to promote products and services at events or meetings. Collaborate with dealership staff to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales or related fields is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in math for accurate financial analysis and reporting. Experience in outbound sales is advantageous. Familiarity with sales support processes and tools is a plus. Excellent public speaking skills to engage audiences effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving results. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
