High-Impact Work – Lead a strategic upgrade of GE's PowerOn Reliance SCADA system, directly supporting operational reliability\r\nVisibility & Ownership – Work across 15 workstreams with executive-level visibility and influence\r\nCutting-Edge Tech – Be part of a real-time Operational Technology environment in the energy sector\r\nCollaborative Culture – Join a team that values transparency, communication, and cross-functional alignment\r\nCareer Growth – Gain exposure to large-scale system implementations and resource planning at enterprise level\r\nYour Role & Responsibilities Manage and integrate project plans across 15 workstreams using Microsoft Project\r\nMaintain a consolidated workplan and manage inter- and intra-workstream dependencies\r\nCollect and consolidate weekly status reports from workstream leads\r\nFacilitate and track formal deliverable approvals and contractual milestones\r\nMaintain resource capacity planning, including actuals vs forecast tracking\r\nManage SharePoint calendars and project org charts for resource availability\r\nSupport the Program Manager with project-level reporting and stakeholder engagement\r\nSkills & Experience You Should Possess 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in complex, multi-year system implementations\r\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and SharePoint (Lists/Calendars)\r\nExcellent communication skills – both written and verbal\r\nAbility to manage diverse work styles and follow software lifecycle and compliance tasks\r\nExperience visually representing project data for broad stakeholder consumption\r\nBonus Points If You Have Experience in the utility or energy industry\r\nFamiliarity with real-time Operational Technology in a 24x7 environment\r\nExposure to systems such as GE PowerOn Reliance, Schneider Electric, ABB, OSI/Aspen Tech, or Aviva\r\nHands-on experience with waterfall project methodologies\r\nAgile experience (acceptable but not primary focus)\r\nEducation & Certifications You Need No formal degree or certification required if skills are demonstrated\r\nPMP or similar certification is a plus but not mandatory\r\nWhat We Offer Competitive Salary– You choose the model that works best for you, both with company sponsored benefits!
