Position Overview
Arbor Place is seeking a licensed clinician who is passionate about making a meaningful difference by providing outpatient treatment to individuals and families experiencing substance use and/or mental health concerns. This role works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver high-quality, client-centered care and to support individuals in early recovery and ongoing wellness.

Key Responsibilities
As an Outpatient Mental Health & SUD Therapist, you will:
Complete diagnostic assessments and make treatment recommendations
Provide individual, family, and (as appropriate) group therapy services
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions
Deliver integrated care for clients with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders
Complete session notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, and other required documentation in a timely manner
Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and interdisciplinary collaboration
Engage in projects or committees aligned with professional interests and organizational needs
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
Current Wisconsin licensure (LPC, LCSW, APSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
Experience working with individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders (required)
Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and commitment to ethical practice
