This position will be working in Linthicum, MD.The Associate Supply Chain Procurement Specialist (Band 1) responsibilities will encompass:Approaching competitive and non-competitive sourcing in request for quotationsOptimizing volume pricing through bid package strategiesEvaluating supplier proposals and placing compliant purchase ordersExtracting, monitoring, analyzing, and validating data information from multiple sourcesDeveloping engaging and collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal partners/customers to drive problem resolutionCandidates must be able to make sound decisions in a timely manner, display strong interpersonal skills, and have an agile perspective of compliance protocol mandated by regulated industry.We offer flexible work arrangements, phenomenal learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly team environment.
