Indie is also a part of SF Wine Center, a state-of-the-art wine storage facility for wine collectors. Learn more at sfwinecenter.com.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nManager:\n\nExperienced hospitality pro who leads by example in every way\n\nStrong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills\n\nExtremely responsible with amazing attention to detail to open and close\n\nAll the skills and traits below\n\nServer and Storage Associate:\n\nEnthusiastic individuals who are passionate about wine and hospitality\n\nPrevious experience in a restaurant, bar, tasting room, events setting is preferred\n\nGreat team member with strong communication and interpersonal skills\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively\n\nAble to move and organize wine cases\n\nAttention to detail for storing and inventorying wine collections\n\nStrong understanding of wine labels is preferred but can be taught to self starters willing to expand their skills and knowledge\n\nNice to have:\n\nExperience with Square POS\n\nMarketing and Social Media Experience and Skills\n\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office, Later SM, Canva, AI tools\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nSmooth service: engage with guests to ensure they have a memorable experience and address any concerns or questions they may have\n\nStrong teamwork: everyone helps with pouring drinks, serving, running food and drinks, bussing, cleaning, setting up and breaking down the patio\n\nAvailability to help with projects as needed: moving and organizing wine cases, take pictures for the online store, assist in miscellaneous marketing projects\n\nWhat's In It For You:\n\nA chance to be part of a dynamic tight knit team in a thriving wine bar\n\nOpportunities for professional growth and development\n\nImmersive learning experiences in the world of wines\n\nA supportive and friendly work environment\n\nWe reward initiative, ideas, and self-motivation.
