{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"4ef10b4b8732054c4ff4a708","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/4ef10b4b8732054c4ff4a708","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/4ef10b4b8732054c4ff4a708","title":"HOA Admin Assistant","description":"*Position*\n\nPart-Time – 20 Hours Per Week\n\nMonday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.\n\nEligible for Bonus, Holiday and Sick Pay\n\n*Job Summary*\n\nThe Office Assistant provides customer service to residents and guests, assists in the day-to-day operation of the 55+ HOA office, assists the HOA Board and committees as directed, assists vendors, maintains records, and helps ensure that community rules, procedures, and office operations are properly followed.\n\n*Primary Responsibilities*\n\n· Maintain regular office hours and provide friendly, professional customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.\n\n· Assist new residents with community orientation, including gate access, parking, pool and spa rules, clubhouse use, trash procedures, and other community information.\n\n· Respond to homeowner questions and refer matters to the Manager or HOA Board when appropriate.\n\n· Prepare and distribute notices, newsletters, correspondence, and other community communications.\n\n· Assist with the community calendar, bulletin boards, activity binders, and information kiosks.\n\n· Coordinate clubhouse reservations and conduct post-event inspections.\n\n· Assist with monthly statement process.\n\n· Maintain accurate homeowner records, contact information, gate codes, and vehicle information.\n\n· Maintain an inventory of Association keys and track keys that are loaned out.\n\n· Monitor the security camera system during office hours and report concerns or incidents to the Manager or HOA Board.\n\n· Input water readings.\n\n· Report property maintenance concerns and assist with coordinating vendors as needed.\n\n· Provide the RVPA Chairman with updated information for the monthly RVPA report.\n\n· Set up Zoom meetings and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.\n\n· Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or HOA Board.\n\n· Schedule appropriate appointments on manager calendar.\n\n· Process homeowner payments.\n\n*Qualifications*\n\n· High school diploma or equivalent.\n\n· At least two years of customer service experience.\n\n· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.\n\n· Strong organizational and communication skills.\n\n· Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle time-sensitive matters.\n\n· Dependable, professional, and courteous.\n\n· Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.\n\n· Strong attention to detail.\n\n*Essential Requirements*\n\n· Ability to use a computer, telephone, copier/scanner, and other standard office equipment.\n\n· Ability to remain stationary for periods of time while performing office duties.\n\n· Ability to move throughout the community when necessary to perform job duties.\n\n· Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.\n\nPay: $22.00 -
