The role requires a strong operational leader who can manage complex workflows, lead teams, and support ongoing system and process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Management & Sales SupportOwn the full lifecycle of customer orders from entry through fulfillmentEnsure accuracy of pricing, inventory allocation, and shipping detailsCoordinate with warehouse teams on order processing and executionPartner with Sales to prioritize orders and resolve issuesTruck Scheduling & DispatchManage daily inbound and outbound shipment schedulingCoordinate delivery appointments, dock assignments, and loading timelinesOptimize routing and transportation utilizationAlign shipment volumes with warehouse labor planningLogistics CoordinationServe as primary liaison with carriers and third-party logistics providersMonitor shipments and proactively address delays or disruptionsEnsure compliance with shipping documentation and requirementsIdentify opportunities to improve freight efficiency and reduce costsSystem Ownership & Data IntegrityMaintain ERP and WMS data accuracy and reporting reliabilityStandardize processes for order entry, scheduling, and logistics coordinationPartner with IT to support system enhancements and automationEnsure visibility into order status and inventory allocationCustomer CommunicationAct as escalation point for customer inquiries and issue resolutionProvide proactive updates on order status and delivery timingDrive a high level of customer satisfaction through responsivenessLeadership & Continuous ImprovementLead and develop order entry and logistics coordination teamsEstablish and monitor KPIs (order accuracy, on-time delivery, efficiency)Identify process gaps and implement improvement initiativesFoster accountability, collaboration, and operational excellenceEducation / Qualifications / ExperienceAssociates, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.5+ years of experience in customer service management, order management and sales support within manufacturing/distributionPrior customer service leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferredHands-on experience with SAPUnderstanding of transportation, dispatch, and warehouse operationsProven ability to manage high-volume transactional workflowsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysisExperience working cross-functionally across Sales, Operations, and LogisticsExperience in a multi-site manufacturing environment preferredBenefitsCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits programMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (generous employer contribution)Employer-paid Life, Short-term, and Long-term Disability Insurance401(k) with employer match and immediate vestingPaid Time Off (PTO) and company holidaysProfessional development and growth opportunitiesUzin Utz North America is an equal opportunity employer.
