Lead initiative as Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) implementation, support IPST, document review, effectiveness analysis and management of change (MOC).\nData Analysis: Analyze performance metrics and failure data to identify trends, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.\nProcess Improvement: Lead projects and other continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, enhance efficiency, and improve overall product quality.\nDocumentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including test plans, procedures, reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to incorporate reliability and quality principles into product design and development.\nTraining and Support: Provide training and guidance to team members on reliability and quality methodologies to foster a culture of excellence.\nDesign and implement a comprehensive predictive maintenance strategy aligned with organizational goals and asset management practices.\n\nSelect and integrate predictive maintenance technologies and tools (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound) to monitor equipment health.\nWork closely with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.\nMaintain accurate records of predictive maintenance activities, findings, and results. Generate reports for stakeholders on program performance and insights.\nManage the Out of Service Equipment Program. Effectively manage equipment that is temporarily non-operational due to maintenance, repairs, or other issues. This program ensures that out-of-service equipment is tracked, maintained, and eventually restored to operational status, minimizing disruptions to operations.\nManage Redundancy Equipment Program. Implement monitoring tools to continuously assess the performance and health of both primary and redundant systems.
