Legal Administrative Assistant (Regulatory Environment)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Legal Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative, clerical, and legal support. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams and leadership to ensure compliance, accurate documentation, and efficient record-keeping in a professional, deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities Support business licensing, corporate registrations, annual reports, and governance documentation Track and monitor compliance deadlines to ensure timely filings Prepare, proofread, and format professional legal correspondence and documentation Review and update customer-facing documents to ensure alignment with approved language and industry standards Identify gaps, redundancies, or inconsistencies in documentation Improve and maintain organized record-keeping systems for accuracy and efficiency Provide administrative support to legal leadership Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and time management skills Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism Experience working in regulated environments (healthcare, pharmacy, manufacturing, legal, or government-regulated industries) is a plus Ability to sit for extended periods Required Skills Highly organized and process-minded Proactive problem solver Deadline-driven Strong written communication skills Discreet and professional
