This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency.\nResponsibilities Design and develop manufacturing processes, workflows, and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality.\nIdentify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in existing processes.\nAnalyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.\nParticipate on product and new process development teams, making recommendations of manufacturing feasibility and evaluating expenditures.\nRecommend manufacturing concepts while developing and implementing suitable manufacturing processes.\nAssist with identifying equipment allocations and unique tooling required for new product implementation.\nImplement and coordinate revisions and improvements to tooling according to customer or product specifications.\nCollaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and Maintenance teams to implement process changes and improvements.\nProvide technical support and guidance to other teams as needed.\nWork on projects and assignments as part of a large work team.\nPerform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts.\nEffectively apply functional, process, and procedural or technical knowledge to address business challenges.\nPerform other duties as needed.\nRequired Experience and Education Bachelor's degree in a related field.\n2–4 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nSix‑Sigma and/or Lean certifications are desirable.\nCompetencies Strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.\nExcellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.\nAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.\nHigh level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products.\nPhysical Requirements & Work Environment Occasional exposure to hazardous conditions caused by noise, moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, and other conditions associated with a high‑traffic production floor.\nMust be able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time.\nBending, crouching, and stooping may be required.\nMust be able to work in non‑climate‑controlled facilities.\nWork environment may be noisy, high‑traffic manufacturing production floor.\nMay be required to work a flexible schedule, including evening and night shifts, weekends, and holidays.\nAbility to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day.\nAbility to lift 50 pounds regularly.\nWe offer competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, career opportunities, and an environment of creativity and growth.
