Your success is our success.\r\nJOB SUMMARY\r\nThe Experimental Material Controller (PPG – Priority Parts Group) coordinates activities related to parts movements and part shortages, creates reports, trains employees, communicates and reconciles issues within Experimental Scheduling & Logistics (ES&L).\r\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\r\nTrains new personnel in Priority Parts Group area\r\nApplies job schedule priority to critical orders throughout Experimental Operations\r\nKeeps records of all Priority parts in WIP and ensure they meet need dates successfully\r\nTransports parts from area to area\r\nHas a complete understanding of shop work orders\r\nHas complete understanding of SAP work centers\r\nAircraft manufacturing knowledge and blueprint reading\r\nMaintains clean and safe work environment\r\nAssists other employees in completing complex work assignments\r\nInterfaces daily with scheduling engineering, planning, supply chain, and shop leads\r\nAssists coordinative activities on experimental parts through CMF and PLANT1\r\nPerforms other related duties as required\r\nWorking knowledge in SAP, EEDS, and Enovia\r\nEDUCATION\r\nMust have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification\r\nEXPERIENCE\r\nMinimum 6 months scheduling, shipping, receiving, or stockroom\r\nExperience with SAP and Excel is preferred\r\nQUALIFICATIONS\r\nAbility to act with a strong sense of urgency and take ownership of all required tasks\r\nAbility to deal with change and multi-task in a very dynamic environment\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills are required\r\nProfessional demeanor and organizational skills\r\nMust have positive attitude and outstanding integrity\r\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office\r\nTextron Aviation Inc. must comply with U.S. export control laws and regulations.
