It becomes a visible driver of quality, retention, and patient care across the entire health system.\r\nThe role\r\nWhat you’ll be doingOwn architecture and ship production features across four integrated products\r\nDesign data models and services for complex multi-hospital, multi-unit organizational structures\r\nBuild AI workflows for exemplar writing, evidence organization, and document retrieval across large program datasets\r\nImplement enterprise infrastructure: SSO/SAML, role-based access, audit logging, HRIS integration\r\nSit in customer calls, hear problems firsthand, and turn them into shipped product within days\r\nSet engineering standards, CI/CD, testing strategy, and architectural patterns for the team to scale on\r\nWhat we’re looking for5+ years building production SaaS products\r\nExperience designing backend systems for multi-tenant, workflow-heavy applications\r\nComfortable owning both architecture and implementation in an early-stage environment\r\nExperience with authentication systems (SSO/SAML) and enterprise integrations\r\nClear communicator who works well with non-technical domain experts\r\nAbility to empathize with users and not overengineer for the sake of it\r\nImpactThe software you build will directly affect how hospitals retain nurses and deliver patient care. This isn't abstract. Health systems rely on NELP to run programs that shape outcomes for thousands of nurses and the patients they serve.\r\nOwnershipYou'll shape the product, the architecture, and the company direction from day one.\r\nHealthcare vertical SaaS for a massive, underserved market.
