If you enjoy solving complex problems and collaborating with distributed teams, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain software applications for client projects.Translate business requirements into technical solutions.Build and improve web applications, backend systems, mobile applications, APIs, and automation solutions.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.Collaborate directly with clients and internal stakeholders.Recommend improvements to software architecture and development processes.Manage priorities and deliver projects within agreed timelines.Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge.Stay current with modern technologies and industry trends.Requirements / QualificationsMust be currently located in the United States.5+ years of professional software development experience.Proficiency in at least one programming language and one software development framework.Strong understanding of software engineering principles and problem-solving techniques.Experience building production applications or client-facing solutions.Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Strong written and verbal English communication skills.Comfortable working during US business hours.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Nice to haveExperience with any of the following:React, Vue, Angular, or Next.jsNode.js, Python, Java, Go, Ruby, PHP, or .NETAWS, Azure, or GCPPostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or SQL ServerDocker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelinesAI tools and automation platformsOpen-source contributions or GitHub portfoliosNote: We do not require expertise in any specific technology stack.
