They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others by providing timely feedback.\r\nResponsibilities Include\r\n\r\nPerform all responsibilities of restaurant team members\r\nSupport the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution\r\nEnsure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages\r\nCommunicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members\r\nComplete shift deployment plans for shifts to ensure positions are adequately supported\r\nCoach restaurant team members as needed throughout a shift providing timely, constructive and clear feedback\r\nDelegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.\r\nSupport the training of restaurant team members as needed\r\nPerform oversight of franchisee safety, security and profitability policies/processes throughout a shift\r\nCommunicate clearly with the next Shift Leader to help prepare him/her for shift\r\nEnsure Food Safety standards are met\r\nManage Inventory throughout the shift\r\nProvide great guest service and coach restaurant team members to do the same\r\nHandle customer complaints, conflicts, and emergencies, make quick decisions to resolve issues and maintain a positive reputation for the restaurant.\r\nManage cash over/short during shift and ensures restaurant team members are following cash franchisee management policies\r\nMonitor employee attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.\r\n\r\nEducation/Experience:\r\n\r\nBasic computer skills\r\nFluent in spoken and written English or the local language in which you serve.\r\nPrevious leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.\r\n\r\nKey Competencies\r\n\r\nWorks well with others in a fast-paced team environment\r\nOn time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitude\r\nWillingness to learn and adapt to change\r\nGuest focused\r\nAbility to assist with training\r\nProblem solving\r\nMotivating others\r\n\r\nPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:\r\n\r\nStanding on feet\r\nRepetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching\r\nLifting objects, ice, products, boxes up to 20lbs (if applicable)\r\nWearing a headset\r\nWorking in a small space\r\n\r\nEach franchise organization is an independent employer and thus responsible for making its own recruiting, hiring, and employment-related decisions.
