Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half.\nUses schematics, scopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools to adjust, repair, maintain, and test electronic equipment.\nOVERVIEW\nResponsible for the production of high-quality medical device hardware and systems.\nIncludes detailed assembly and testing of various electronic components and finished devices in a controlled manufacturing environment.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nPerform mechanical assembly of electromechanical subassemblies and devices.\nAbility to handle and maneuver small components and parts.\nPerform testing of electronic components and assemblies using automated test equipment.\nFollow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices when performing all operations.\nParticipate in continuous improvement/quality initiatives to enhance production processes to achieve quality and\nprofitability metrics.\nMaintain accurate records to ensure DHR and quality documents are accurate, all parts are traceable and quality issues can\nbe addressed to assure the quality of all products.\nAbility to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures; understand and follow verbal instructions.\nUnderstanding of and ability to utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software packages.\nAbility to prioritize work by determining the sequencing and timing of different jobs based on precedence and importance.\nPositively represent the company during tours by demonstrating techniques and sharing appropriate information.\nSupport all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS),\nEnvironmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.\nComplies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies,\noperating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintains positive and cooperative\nEXPERIENCE\n0-2 years’ experience with electronic assembly and test, preferably in medical device\nindustry.\nDemonstrated experience in troubleshooting equipment, building and or testing of\nelectronic assemblies.\nExperience in GMP, ISO, and FDA controlled environments preferred.\nAbility to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing\nenvironment.\nExperience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred.\nAbility to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.\nAbility to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing\nenvironment.\nAbility to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.\nStrong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at\nmultiple levels in the organization.\nMultitasks, prioritizes, and meets deadlines in timely manner.\nStrong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.\nAbility to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish tasks.\nAbility to maintain regular and predictable attendance.\nAbility to work scheduled overtime as required is preferred.\n\\nCompany Description TechLink Systems is a national provider of staffing services with offices all over the USA as well as development and support centers globally.
