Determine an appropriate course of action, referral, or response.\nProvide leadership to build and strengthen relationships crucial to the success of the organization and manage a variety of special projects for the CPO.\nWork closely and effectively with the CPO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.\nSuccessfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgment letters, personal correspondence, and speeches.\nPrioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion with deadline pressures.\nRecord, maintain and distribute accurate minutes of committee meetings and create agendas in conjunction with the CPO.\nManage Board communication on behalf of the CPO including governance topics.\nWhat We'll Love About You:\nYou complete tasks with little to no supervision and react calmly and effectively in stressful situations.\nYou communicate with a high level of poise and confidence.\nYou provide courteous and personal attention to clients and the public.\nYou are organized and prioritize tasks.\nYou have the ability to identify problems and suggest solutions.\nYou set an example to co-workers in a team building environment.\nYou have a high learning agility and intellectual curiosity.\nCompensation: $55,369.00 - $69,222.00, depending on experience and education.\nSchedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm\nBenefits:\nHealth Benefits: Two health insurance options – Traditional Plan & High Deductible Health Plan with HSA (automatic employer contribution with enrollment in a HDHP).
