You will work independently within your area of expertise while collaborating across teams to achieve project goals and support ASML's commitment to innovation, quality, and operational excellence.\n\nYou will:\n\nLead the design and development of complex mechanical modules, components, and engineering solutions.\nDefine, analyze, and manage design requirements while ensuring alignment with project objectives.\nConduct research, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations to support informed engineering decisions.\nDevelop conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs, including material selection and technical documentation.\nSupport system integration, testing, validation, and continuous improvement activities to ensure product quality.\nIdentify technical risks, develop creative solutions, and balance quality with timely project delivery.\nMentor and guide engineers while promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and engineering best practices.\nEducation and Experience\nBachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in mechanical design, product development, or complex engineering systems.\nExperience leading technical projects, subsystems, or module-level design activities.\nStrong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, manufacturing processes, and system integration.\nExperience using computer-aided design (CAD) software and engineering analysis tools.\nExperience creating technical specifications, engineering documentation, and design reviews.\nAbility to work independently and make sound technical decisions in environments with technical uncertainty.\nKnowledge of how mechanical systems interact within larger product architectures.\nSkills\n\nWorking at the cutting edge of tech, you’ll always have new challenges and new problems to solve – and working together is the only way to do that. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.\n\nThe Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
