M.S. in Civil/Structural Engineering (courses like Prestressed Concrete, Structural Steel, etc.). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks concurrently. Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
