You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water and Mold Restoration jobs. This includes the performing abatement and removal of Mold damaged drywall, flooring, detaching cabinets, countertops, and other mold abatement activities.Responsibilities: Perform basic demolition of drywall, flooring and other mold and water affected structuresPerform Disinfecting and Cleaning of remaining property structure affected by water damage or mold damageLeave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance Communicate openly with the customer, manager and other technicians Qualifications:Experience with general construction/demolition tools and workValid driver’s licenseReliable transportation to & from workPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
