We are a commercial general contractor based in Greeley, Colorado, with regional offices in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Westminster, Colorado. We currently have a Project Manager position open in our Colorado region. We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with 5-10 years commercial construction experience.\nResponsibilities Briefly Described\nResponsible for a quality-built project while maintaining schedule and budget.\nManage and update the project schedule.\nManage the project budget.\nControl and manage the direction of the project.\nMonitor the progress, performance, and quality of the project(s).\nInsure adherence to building plans, specifications, codes and regulations.\nConduct Design, Owner, and Subcontractor meetings.\nFacilitate and manage critical path activities. Identify and process all Change Orders and changes in scope.\nCreate, manage and execute through Superintendent the Project “Punch List”. Coordinate and submit all required sign-offs and program documentation.\nSkills and Requirements\nStrong attention to detail.\nOrganized with proficient time management skills.\nThe ability to create, maintain, and manage complicated schedules and critical paths.\nExcellent communication skills; experience interacting with internal and external contacts, including: design consultants, engineers & architects, subcontractors, equipment vendors, regulatory officials and agencies, etc.\nSelf-Starter and planner, able to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously.\nAbility to supervise and lead a construction team to a successful completion.\nConstruction Management degree and 5-10 years commercial construction experience required.\nWe offer an exciting and challenging work environment, competitive salary, and benefits.
