This role will be heavily involved in design and should be comfortable adapting to changing requirements. This role will be comfortable learning the business logic of the product. This role will have direct reports.\r\nEssential Job Functions\r\nWork closely with business analysts to design, develop and test new features and functionality for our core product\r\nWork closely with support analysts to identify and fix bugs\r\nDevelop prototypes and proof of concepts to explore new technologies and determine how to best integrate them into the product\r\nCreate clean, reliable, performant code with an eye for future maintainability\r\nSupervise and mentor direct reports\r\nSuch other activity as may be assigned by your manager\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience\r\nMinimum of 8+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in an AVP level role or external equivalent.\r\nMinimum 7 years' experience in software development preferred\r\nStrong grasp of object-oriented programming and relational database concepts\r\nExpert proficiency with SQL and strong grasp of database concepts\r\nSignificant experience with JAVA and frontend frameworks (JavaScript)\r\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\r\nExperience with Service Oriented Architectures\r\nExperience working with object relational mappings\r\nExperience with Agile development practices\r\nAbility to manage direct reports\r\nThe annual full time base salary range for this role is\r\n$150,000.00 - $200,000.00\r\nSpecific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
