DS-0, DS-1, and DS-3 circuits, , CSUs, Modems, inband signaling, ISDN PRI, digital and analog trunking, and voice channel characteristics. Avaya CM Call-Center Administration. Avaya Border Controllers/Session manager.\r\nExperience with VoIP systems.\r\nExperience with PC based tools and products, MS Office products suite preferred.\r\nInterpersonal, organizational, customer service, communications verbal skills.\r\nPlus to have, but not required.
