You take ownership of issues and help drive timely, effective solutions.\n\nAnalyze equipment issues by gathering and interpreting diagnostic data.\n\nPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced systems.\n\nPlan service activities, including tools, parts, and customer scheduling.\n\nCollaborate with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.\n\nDocument service activities and ensure clear handoff to support teams.\n\nTrain customer staff on system use, maintenance, and best practices.\n\nShare knowledge and support the development of less experienced engineers.\n\nEducation and Experience\n\nBachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.\n\nAt least 2 years of experience in the semiconductor or high-tech equipment industry.\n\nExperience with data analysis tools and standard business software (spreadsheets, presentations, documentation tools).\n\nFamiliarity with electromechanical systems, diagnostics, and maintenance processes.\n\nSkills\nWorking at the cutting edge of tech, you'll always have new challenges and new problems to solve - and working together is the only way to do that.
