Remote/Hybrid Therapist

Job Description Direct Hire Position! We are looking to DIRECT HIRE Therapists to make a difference for families and children.We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Therapists to join a team committed to supporting children and families throughout Indiana. This direct hire opportunity allows clinicians to make a meaningful impact through home-based and family-centered therapeutic services designed to promote long-term stability, safety, and well-being. Therapists in this role work closely with families participating in programs focused on family preservation, adoption and guardianship support, and family-centered treatment services. This position offers the opportunity to build strong therapeutic relationships while helping families navigate challenges and strengthen healthy family dynamics. Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):Provide home-based, family-centered therapy including assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and ongoing clinical supportSupport families through evidence-based therapeutic interventions focused on safety, stability, and long-term positive outcomesCollaborate with internal teams and community resources while maintaining required clinical documentation and compliance standards Qualifications:Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field requiredLicensed or license-eligible in the State of Indiana (LCSW, LSW, LMFT, LMHC, or related licensure) requiredStrong understanding of child and family development, trauma-informed care, and family systemsKnowledge of community resources and support servicesPassion for supporting children and families through a strengths-based, family-centered approachMust currently reside in Indiana or be willing to relocate to IndianaCompany DescriptionAlpha Rae Personnel is a full-service Universal Workforce Solutions and Executive Search firm with a proven track record of success.
