Licensed Master Electrician
Trinity Electric Services is a multi-state licensed electrical contractor performing commercial electrical construction, government electrical work, mission-critical electrical projects, and fire alarm systems throughout Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. We are hiring an experienced Master Electrician / Electrical Foreman to support estimating, bidding, project management, and field supervision.
This position combines commercial electrical construction, fire alarm experience, estimating, and crew leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead commercial electrical and fire alarm projects as a Master Electrician / Electrical Foreman
Supervise electrical and fire alarm crews, journeymen, and apprentices
Perform electrical estimating, takeoffs, and bid preparation
Use online bidding and procurement platforms for electrical and fire alarm work
Review electrical and fire alarm drawings, specifications, addenda, and RFIs
Coordinate manpower, scheduling, and jobsite logistics
Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and local codes
Coordinate fire alarm testing, inspections, and closeout documentation
Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
Communicate with general contractors, inspectors, and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ)
Support government, municipal, mission-critical, and institutional projects
Required Qualifications
Licensed Master Electrician
8+ years of commercial electrical construction experience
Experience as an Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician
Strong knowledge of NEC and commercial electrical systems
Ability to read electrical and fire alarm plans and specifications
Experience supervising electrical crews
Willingness to travel within MI, OH, and IN
Preferred Qualifications
Fire Alarm experience required; Fire Alarm License preferred
Experience with NFPA 72 and fire alarm testing procedures
Government, municipal, or mission-critical project experience
Estimating and bidding experience
Multi-state electrical licensing (MI, OH, IN)
Existing relationships with general contractors, developers, or public entities
