The incumbent works collaboratively with team members to ensure the highest levels of product quality, productivity, safety, and continuous improvement.Essential Duties and Responsibilities\r\nFabricate and package Process Assembly (PA) Disposables and Sub-assemblies following engineering drawings, written assembly instructions, manufacturing documentation, and verbal instructions.\r\nRead, understand, and follow established manufacturing procedures and work instructions.\r\nAccurately document manufacturing activities using Good Documentation Practices (GDP).\r\nPerform all duties within the cleanroom while adhering to gowning requirements and wearing approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).\r\nComply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), including proper material handling, labeling, segregation, and traceability requirements.\r\nUtilize hand tools and production equipment such as cutting tools, solvent bonding dispensers, packaging sealers, and otherassembly-related equipment.\r\nConduct visual inspections for particulates and perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality and compliance.\r\nMaintain the highest standards of workmanship, quality, and productivity.\r\nExecute manufacturing activities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Manufacturing Batch Records, and Quality Management System requirements.\r\nSupport and participate in investigations, corrective actions, and quality-related activities as directed.\r\nIdentify and recommend improvements to manufacturing processes, documentation, equipment, and workflow efficiencies.\r\nWork cooperatively and professionally with cross-functional teams and fellow employees.\r\nParticipate in daily, weekly, and monthly cleanroom cleaning, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance activities.\r\nCarry out assignments safely and efficiently while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.\r\nComply with all applicable health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.\r\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Education:\r\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\r\nAbility to read, write, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.\r\nExperience:\r\n0-2 years of manufacturing, production, assembly, or cleanroom experience required.\r\nExperience with manual assembly operations and manufacturing processes preferred.\r\nExperience working in a GMP-regulated environment preferred.\r\nExperience documenting work according to GDP requirements preferred.\r\nTechnical Skills:\r\nBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.\r\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and manufacturing documentation.\r\nAbility to accurately complete production documentation and records.\r\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\r\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\r\nAbility to perform repetitive assembly tasks with a high degree of accuracy.\r\nAbility to perform manual dexterity tasks involving small components and parts.\r\nAbility to identify defects and particulates through visual inspection.\r\nAbility to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\r\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\r\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.\r\nDemonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.\r\nPhysical Requirements:\r\nAbility to safely lift and carry up to 38 pounds.\r\nAbility to stand or sit for extended periods of time.\r\nAbility to perform repetitive hand and finger movements required for assembly operations.\r\nAbility to maintain 20/20 corrected or uncorrected vision sufficient to identify particulates, defects, and small components.\r\nAbility to work for extended periods while wearing cleanroom garments and PPE.\r\nMust be able to work within a controlled cleanroom environment.\r\nMust be a non-smoker\r\nWorking Conditions:\r\nControlled cleanroom manufacturing environment.\r\nRequired use of approved cleanroom garments and PPE.\r\nExposure to routine manufacturing equipment and materials in accordance with established safety procedures.\r\nCore Competencies:\r\nQuality Focus\r\nAttention to Detail\r\nTeamwork and Collaboration\r\nAccountability\r\nContinuous Improvement\r\nSafety Awareness\r\nEffective Communication\r\nReliability and DependabilityMaxCyte offers a base salary, annual bonus, and equity.
