In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing fleet safety, overseeing a group of drivers, and logistics for deliverables.This is a temp to possible perm role that must be performed on-site.The pay on this role is $40.00 to $45.00 an hour based on experience.Job Requirements:3+ years of Fleet Management, Dispatch, or logisticsFlatbed experience is a plusStrong background in maintaining DOT safety protocolsAbility to recruit, train, schedule, and supervise CDL driversOversee 6-7 drivers- managing hours and schedulesKnow Fleet Safety, Compliance, and Regulatory OversightOversee registration, permitting, and compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and HOSMaintain driver compliance filesAbility to handle daily logistics- schedules, assigning loads, assigning drivers, monitor load progress and adjust as needed,Ability to work with the production and maintenance staff to manage deliverables and time linesAssist with fleet budgeting, maintenance costs, and operational expensesMicrosoft Office
