Your commitment to food safety, operational excellence, and teamwork will help ensure production goals are achieved while maintaining product quality and efficiency.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO…\n\nSafely set up, adjust, operate, and monitor packaging equipment to support daily production requirements.\n\nOperate packaging machinery including:\n\nElopak\n\nBosch\n\nNimco\n\nJones\n\nSIG\n\nWIP Coordinator (Utility Driver)\n\nRotate between workstations and provide relief coverage for team members as needed.\n\nMonitor production processes and make equipment adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality standards.\n\nComplete required production, quality, and operational documentation accurately and timely.\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with housekeeping standards.\n\nSupport and participate in preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.\n\nFollow all food safety requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and company safety procedures.\n\nParticipate in training and cross-training activities to support operational flexibility.\n\nWork collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and customer demands.\n\nSupport overtime, weekend work, and schedule flexibility as business needs require.\n\nPerform additional duties as assigned by supervision.\n\nWHO YOU WILL WORK WITH…\n\nPackaging Team Members\n\nProduction Supervisors and Team Leads\n\nMaintenance Technicians\n\nQuality Assurance and Food Safety Teams\n\nWarehouse and Material Handling Personnel\n\nOperations Leadership\n\nWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE)\n\nHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.\n\nAbility to safely operate manufacturing and packaging equipment.\n\nAbility to speak, read, and understand English to safely and effectively perform job duties.\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.\n\nAbility to follow food safety, GMP, and workplace safety requirements.\n\nAbility to work successfully in a team environment.\n\nAbility to accurately complete production and operational documentation.\n\nWillingness to rotate assignments and support operational coverage requirements.\n\nFlexibility to work overtime, weekends, and varying schedules as needed.\n\nIT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)\n\nPrevious production line manufacturing experience.\n\nExperience operating packaging equipment in a food manufacturing environment.\n\nFood service or food handling experience.\n\nExperience working in high-volume manufacturing operations.\n\nFamiliarity with preventive maintenance programs and equipment troubleshooting.\n\nExperience supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts.\n\nCross-functional experience working in manufacturing, packaging, or production settings.\n\nCOMPENSATION\n\nPay: $22.65 per hour\n\nShift: 3rd Shift 10:30PM-6:30AM\n\nLocation: 901 N. 200 W. Richmond, UT 84333\n\nIndividual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
