Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction and product quality.\nIs responsible for ensuring all known or potential risks are identified and mitigation and retirement activities are incorporated into the project plan. Incorporates the documented project management process into all projects.\nResponsible for the accuracy/validity of cost models, and sets costs targets, management reserves are established and implemented. This includes understanding and reviewing the RFQ/RFP, incorporating the correct functional disciplines in discussions, driving actions for inputs, identifying risks and opportunities in accordance with the R&O mgmt. process, and supporting the development of costing models and any TINA and/or CAPA/CoPD data analysis that may be required.
