Vice President of Partner Distribution
A company is looking for a VP, Partner Distribution to lead the strategy and growth of traditional distribution partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a multi-year strategy for independent partner distribution
Identify opportunities for expansion through high-impact distribution partnerships
Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key national partners and agencies
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in commercial P&C distribution or partner management
Proven success in developing and scaling strategic distribution partnerships
Deep relationships across national agencies, aggregators, and broker networks
