Operating primarily in the Pacific Northwest, the company delivers essential connectivity and IT solutions across the West Coast and Indiana. It manages seven colocation data centers and specializes in Fiber to the Home (FTTH) services.2. About the Opportunity:The **Remote Billing Support Agent** role involves managing customer accounts and resolving billing issues for residential and business clients using FTTH and other services. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate billing, clear communication of charges, and timely resolution of disputes while providing high-quality customer service from a remote location.3. Responsibilities:• Manage billing inquiries, invoicing issues, and service plan updates through calls and support tickets.• Process customer payments securely and address account discrepancies via phone or digital chat.• Own billing dispute resolution from initial contact to completion with thorough documentation.• Explain charges related to Fiber broadband, VoIP, Domain hosting, DNS, and Email services.• Collaborate remotely with the distributed team using digital tools to maintain service quality.4. Requirements:• Minimum of 1 year experience in billing, call center, help desk, or technical customer service.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with professionalism during complex billing disputes.• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and billing/account management software.• Quiet, professional home office setup with reliable high-speed internet.• Availability from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend or holiday shifts.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Pay: $18 per hour for 40 hours per week.6.
