As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated and skilled CDL Drivers - Materials Handlers to join our team.\n\nAs a Material Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely preparing materials, equipment and various products for delivery, while also assisting with inventory management tasks within our facility. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.\n\nFour Day Work Week: 5:00AM – 3:30PM, M-Th\nThree Day Work Week: 5:00AM - 5:30PM, F-Su (11% Shift Differential)\n\nVan-Am provides a full employee benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability and 401K!\n\nMaterial Handler Key Responsibilities:\n\nLoad and unload materials from vehicles, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation.\nPerform material handling tasks, including organizing, labeling, and maintaining inventory.\nCommunicate effectively with coworkers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.\nAdhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety within the team.\nMaintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse.\n\nMaterial Handler:\n\nAt least two years of experience as a Material Handler in a manufacturing environment.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nAbility to safely and efficiently operate various types of forklifts.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\nAttention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.\nPhysical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.\nBasic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.\n\nIf you are a reliable and safety-conscious individual with a passion for logistics and material handling, we invite you to apply for the position of Materials Handler at Van-Am.
