This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various machining tools and equipment to produce high-quality components.\nResponsibilities\nMust be proficient in Mastercam\nSet up and operate CNC lathe and milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.\nInterpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining operations required.\nPerform CNC programming, including CAM programming, to optimize production efficiency.\nUtilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines to ensure product quality.\nConduct routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any operational issues.\nCollaborate with engineering teams using SolidWorks and CAD software for design modifications.\nImplement lean manufacturing principles to improve workflow and reduce waste.\nMaintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.\nQualifications\nProven experience as a CNC Machinist with a strong background in machining processes.\nProficiency in CNC programming and familiarity with Fanuc controls is preferred.\nKnowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.\nExperience with electrical discharge machining is a plus.\nFamiliarity with plastics injection molding processes is advantageous.\nStrong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, and tooling effectively.\nBasic math skills for precise calculations related to machining tasks.\nPrevious experience in assembly or welding may be beneficial.\nAbility to operate forklifts safely within the manufacturing environment.
