You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure that mission objectives and service level agreements (SLAs) are being achieved.\nResponsibilities:\nOversee day-to-day operations, ensuring service delivery meets established service level agreements (SLAs) and mission objectives.\nDevelop, implement, and monitor contract management procedures, controls, and reporting mechanisms.\nManage tasking, workload distribution, and performance of personnel.\nDevelop risk mitigation strategies and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.\nDrive strategic planning for future initiatives, system improvements, and evolving mission requirements.\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.\n\nQualifications\n\nMust be a U.S. Citizen.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance.\nMust have at least ten (10+) years of relevant IT Program/Project management.\nMust have IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.).\nMust have BA/BS in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or Information Technology, or related fields.\nPreferred:\nProficiency with Microsoft Office products.\nExperience creating and modifying documentation for technical processes and procedures.\nAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.\nExcellent analytical and quantitative skills.\nExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.\nSalary Range: $110,000 - $150,000\nSeveral factors influence the final salary or hourly rate, including but not limited to contract wage determinations, relevant work experience, role-specific skills and competencies, geographic location, educational background, certifications, and federal government contract labor categories.\n\nAdditional Information\n\nThis position is contingent upon the successful acquisition of the government contract and the completion of ongoing negotiations.
