We are seeking a dedicated Geriatrics Physician for a 120-day assignment in Florida, starting May 4, 2026. This role involves delivering preventative geriatric primary care during standard 8 AM to 5 PM shifts, focusing on managing a diverse patient panel to reduce hospital admissions. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, organized, and committed to providing thorough, patient-centered care. Responsibilities and Duties Provide physician oversight within a collaborative team structure including a Nurse Practitioner and Medical Assistants. Deliver comprehensive preventative geriatric primary care to a diverse patient panel. Focus on strategies to minimize hospital admissions and external referrals for elderly patients. Manage standard geriatric cases, including high risk (15-20%), emerging risk (10-20%), and low risk (70-80%) patients. Ensure accurate medical coding and charting. Utilize technology effectively for patient management and maintain organized records. Additional Information Board Certifications required: Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
