displacement strategies.Required Skills15–20 years of overall IT experience.10+ years in client-facing delivery management roles.Experience managing large-scale delivery engagements for Fortune 500 clients.Strong payments domain knowledge:Card networksPayment processingDigital paymentsExperience managing distributed India-U.S. delivery teams.Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be based in or willing to relocate to St. Louis.Strong PreferencesPrior experience with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or
