Manufacturing Operator - 2nd shift
Job Title The role involves performing both repetitive and non-repetitive production operations for manufacturing electro-mechanical products. It includes maintaining and operating manufacturing machinery by following established procedures, work instructions, schematics, and other approved documentation. The individual is responsible for carrying out all assigned tasks and handling additional responsibilities as needed.

Work Environment GE Aerospace Clearwater provides engineering, circuit card assembly, OEM Avionics, and MRO services for commercial and military customers. Essential Functions Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production operations in the manufacturing of electro-mechanical products
Maintain and operate manufacturing machinery using established procedures, work instructions, schematics, and approved documentation
Assume responsibility and authority for completing all assigned tasks and additional duties as required
Qualifications / Requirements High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, understand, and follow technical work instructions
Ability to lift and/or move materials up to 20 pounds
This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.
Desired Skills / Experience Proficiency in using a personal computer to navigate online documents, drawings, and instructions
35 years of industry or related manufacturing experience
Previous experience working in a team-oriented environment
