The Licensed Sales Agent will consult with individuals and families both in-person, and over the phone to understand their health insurance needs, explain plan options in clear and compliant language, and recommend suitable coverage. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads, regularly attending networking/lead-generating events, conducting needs assessments, and closing sales while adhering to all regulatory and company guidelines. The role also involves providing ongoing customer service to existing policyholders, assisting with renewals and plan changes, and documenting all interactions in the agency’s systems. The Licensed Sales Agent will collaborate with team members, participate in training sessions, and continuously develop product knowledge to better serve clients and achieve sales goals.
