Commercial Estimator for Division 8 and 10 materials

Job Description Job Overview: Estimator Job Type: Permanent, Part-time or Remote.We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. As anEstimator, you will be responsible for reviewing project plans, assessing projectrequirements, and preparing accurate cost estimates. The ideal candidate will haveexperience using estimating software.Responsibilities:Review project plans and specifications to determine project requirements.Prepare accurate cost estimates using estimating software. - Analyze projectcosts and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures. - Collaboratewith project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensureaccurate estimates. - Provide support during the bidding process.Provide accurate take-offs and for door frames and hardware.Participate in project meetings to provide cost estimates and analysis. -Maintain accurate records of all estimates, bids, and change orders.Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an estimator.Experience using estimating software (Avaware is the software) or similarsoftware. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.
