This role offers a unique blend of high-stakes litigation (plaintiff & defense) and strategic employment counseling. Candidates interested in sitting for the California state bar are highly sought. Key Responsibilities (All Levels)Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefsConduct legal research and case analysisManage discovery and case filesParticipate in depositions, hearings, mediationsCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, and agenciesContribute to overall case strategy and executionMid-Level Attorney (3–5 Years)Support case strategy and execution across employment litigation mattersHandle drafting of pleadings, motions, and discoveryAssist with depositions, hearings, and mediationsContribute to employment counseling and compliance guidanceWork closely with senior attorneys on complex mattersSenior Attorney (6+ Years)Independently manage cases and key litigation componentsLead depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiationsDraft and argue dispositive motions and substantive briefsProvide strategic pre-litigation and litigation adviceConduct workplace investigations and advise on employment riskServe as a primary point of contact for clients QualificationsMid-Level: 3–5 years of litigation experienceSenior: 6+ years of litigation experienceEmployment law experience requiredStrong experience with dispositive motions and discoveryExcellent research, writing, and analytical skillsKnowledge of California employment law and civil procedureActive California Bar admission (or ability to obtain quickly)Admission to State Bar license in either California, Florida, Texas, or VirginiaMust live near any of the offices in the cities below:o Austin TX.o Alexandria, VA.o West Palm Beach, FL.o San Francisco, CA.
